Christmas Charity T-Shirt Quilt

The Charity Team has put together a fund raising activity for the annual Children's Christmas Charity drive. Laura Bommarito and Michelle Doering have volunteered their time and skills to make a quilt of motorcycle event t-shirts to raffle off later this year. We have collected enough T-shirts. The finished quilt will be raffled off to Chapter members and tickets will be available starting at the September Chapter meeting. All proceeds will go toward the Children's Christmas Charity fund for distribution in December. Tickets will be $3 each or 2 for $5. The drawing will be during the December General Meeting, you need not be present to win. Here's your chance to own the coolest quilt out there, and help out the children's charity fund at the same time!

Operation: Kid Equip

The Charity Team has come up with an excellent charity organization that can use our help. Operation: Kid Equip assists children throughout Michigan who are at or below poverty level with school supplies, books, hygiene and food items. The Wolverine Chapter is collecting school supplies from now until October at the monthly Chapter meetings. We also have a box at the dealership where you can drop off items at your convenience.
